What type of mortgage rate would be looking for bad credit, and under a 100k loan?
We are trying buy a house .. The houses that are looking to purchase as 65k .. We have no equity, we've been renting, we also live in the U.S.. Thanks though.
Depends on how bad your bad credit. If you do not have a 20% down, PMI is likely going to purchase price of a house. Your best bet is to talk with a local lender that can give you strategies to improve your credit and get yourself in a position to buy.
