Real Estate: Getting a mortgage with bad credit for the payment register?
Hello, We now have a mobile home on it's own land. We are interested in buying a house but have bad credit. A family member is going to loan 40,000 (you have to pay again when the mobile sold). The house we want is 90,000. We make about 25,000 a year. Will we be able to get funding?
Even if you had a good credit 90k is too much debt on your income. It is very difficult to qualify for micro loans, 50k is not enough to worry about. You will need to buy everything I can get for 40k cash will then sell the trailer.
