Debt Consolidation Lender

I am desperately looking for a personal loan to consolidate debt and to start a carpentry business. Help!?
I am a sailor removed with 2 children. My goal is to roll all my debts into a single obligation, I can guarantee with my military retirement pay as an allowance for this debt. I am willing to pay an interest rate of up to 18% if possible. I am also interested in starting a business of high quality joinery that I will offer 30% of revenues for the 1st year and decreased by 5% per year until the debt is paid. I would like an opportunity to speak with a lender directly about these issues. Sincerely, Ron
The key word in your question clearly is the word "desperately." If you are desperate for a loan it sorta tells me I made some bad financial decisions and I do not know if the debt of a loan phone, adding high (18%?) interest and take further unsecured debt for a business loan is a wise decision for your future. What we really need is a plan … a payment plan so we already have and a business plan for his carpentry business. Are you willing to take retirement now? What do you have in retirement? I suggest that separate the two actions … get out of debt and then seek a loan business once you have the means to support it. You can not continue to deepen the debt if you can not see yourself debt relief already have. Do not want to sound mean or negative here, but be honest about their current and future situations. They seem to have goals but you have a plan to achieve them? You should talk to a bank or credit union and possibly with the SBA military or financial adviser to help manage things better. The word "desperate" is an indicator that you not satisfied with the way things are now. Okay want to change things for the better, but the sound of his intentions as a mistake waiting to be done.
