Food, utilities, gas, and other necessities. My ex and i share joint custody of our children, but my kids do not go home very often. If I mention the money from my ex says that doesn''t make them stay me. It becomes a big fight, My children are older (18 and 17) the greatest of my work, but my younger son (the accident) who is struggling with school work (he had brain injury) and I do not want him is his junior year of high school. HELP ???!!!

I'm sorry to hear of your struggles Finacial. But first First, I'm glad we're not talking bankruptcy or consolidation …. First you need to get in a very, very strict budget. Calculate how much you need to live …. Housing, food, lights, water, (basic survival) are first. YOU need to be committed from now. Eliminate the need to rely Credit cards from this day forward. Get rid of them …. Now: Let's forget your ex … he has his own problems, so forget it. If you or your Children have the chance to see any money from him ….. I think that … luck. Look at your credit card debt …. How many cards you have and what are the interest rates they charge …. to start paying the lowest in those with the smallest balances and interest rate …. Once you pay off the cards, CLOSING ACCOUNTS with the banks …. put any extra money on the cards with the biggest balance until paid off … You may also want to see what it can sell to start applying to balances ….. Can I get an extra job? Do you have a car payment? If so, you may want to look to sell it and buy something moving in ".'s really no easy way to pay debt is a serious fight …… You have to live below their means for a while until you can get these things worth worthwhile. Adopting the philosophy that if you can not pay cash for it, do not need it. Never carry anything in the credit card again …. Other tips for success: stop eating out …. no coffee on the run …. buy in bulk …. all these things make a big difference …. You can also talk with the credit card companies to reduce your interest rate …. you may want to look for transfer balances with high interest rates to people with less …. BUT if you do that, CUT cards and CLOSE accountable. Good luck ….
