The good thing about this loan rate in the last 5 years?
What is the lowest I've heard in the last 5 years for a fixed to 30 years, no points or prepayment penalty, home loan in the jumbo Califiornia? Pls provide the date and location if known.
A document Jumbo California had 5.25 points, not for about three weeks in June 2003. 5.125 is as low as 0.1 points. As it became to 4,875 for about three hours a day. Closed four loans, while I was there. These rates applied statewide. Do not look for that to happen again soon.
