What mortgage do I qualify?

I know there are a lot of new programs for first time buyers, how I can find out all loans or government programs that I qualify for when it comes to buying a home in California … I have a lot of rating factors, I am a first time buyer, I am a member of a tribe regestered Native American, and I am low income. I have no credit history better … Can anyone help to determine my options.

There are other special loans then the FHA. However, the tribe can have their own programs. It is necessary to approach them however, are outside the jurisdiction of the U.S., and fund their own programs. Most have tons of money, not paying taxes for casinos, so they have some very good programs. But each tribe is different, they are all separate nations. All I know about the programs hire a couple of tribes in California are in areas that I owned. But I know enough to know that the tribes are separate and you have to apply anything over the Tribal Council.
