VA loan vs mortgage?
What is a VA loan other than an FHA loan, in terms of interest rates and how property is valued? Are they the same standards, or is more flexible than another? What would be the best bet for a mortgage? Thanks in advance.
The rates are always the same and therefore the valuation is a certified FHA or VA appraiser, but the calculation is evaluated in the same way. If you can get VA mortgage, get a VA. VA is better than an FHA b / c that not paying the PMI with one or down. PS Payment: FHA and VA loans are so incredibly indulgent now called "alternative" high risk. VA Anyone who says otherwise obviously does not work with them.
