Why not go to the bank next door? Banks are intolerant and do not know how to be creative. They go by the book. So many people not even know that private money lending or hard money loans are an option, so owners lose their homes with a lot of equity in themselves.
I firmly believe that private money lending is the next step for investors and homeowners. Rating borrowers has been a challenge almost impossible for banks.
The most important thing to remember here is that you have options, exercise them and not join the list for fear of homeowners who are losing their homes to the foreclosure crisis.
