Has anyone been able to get a home loan with bad credit?
My income is more than a house payment would be! Wanting to work with a trusted company where I will not fuck anymore! HELP!
That depends on how bad the credit and whether or not you have a down payment. Having money for entry into the home can usually compensate for bad credit. You can still pay a higher interest rate (due to credit scores), but can still be a homeowner. If you are looking for a loan of 100% LTV and you have a bad credit you're out of luck. The lenders require a FICO of 680 + for almost all 100% purchases.
