Effect of a rate cut in mortgage rates?
The Fed announced it would cut interest rates in mid-March. I am currently working get a mortgage on a property that will close in mid-April. Should I wait to lock the rate until after the Fed announced the cut?
With the threat of inflation scaring bond traders these days, another rate cut Fed likely cause mortgage rates to rise. Do not get greedy. Cut the best deal now.
