How long does the money from the refinancing of a house waiting to receive?
I'm not very familiar with the concept of refinancing all I'm still not sure how long one should wait for the money. Are there factors taken into account in calculating an estimate? I heard that takes about a month, but again, I'm just a newbie in this.
depends on the lender and your situation. A month average time table, but have not with it until the money is in your hand. There is a waiting period of three days after closing that lets you change your mind.
